Then such is the (man) who repulses theorphan (with harshness),

And encourages not the feeding of theindigent.

So woe to the worshippers

Who are neglectful of their prayers,

Those who (want but) to be seen (ofmen),

But refuse (to supply) (even)neighbourly needs.
